Created to award & recognize young women for their outstanding community service, the Role Model program is dedicated to teaching leadership skills though giving back to others. Even after their pageant careers are over and they become compassionate and confident citizens in their communities, the valuable life lessons learned though volunteer service will continue to service them well. Girls are allowed to compete for the Role Model crown alone or in conjunction with being a contestant for a Divisional title at the state & national level.
