The Sash Company's return/cancellation policy is simple. We guarantee your satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for a reason not seen on the original quote/order, return your unused sash(es)/stole(s) within 10 days and we will gladly exchange it for the same corrected sash/stole, or credit the amount towards the purchase of another sash/stole.
If for any reason you need to cancel or change your order please call us within 24 hours of placing your order at (909) 982-7222. Due to the custom nature of our business, once sashes have been embroidered with your custom personalization and/or put into Production (usually 2-3 days after placing your order) no cancellations/changes are accepted.
Please, always review your final quote/order that all names and titles are spelled correctly as well as everything else is correct on your final quote/order before making payment.
