With over 20 years of experience in the industry, The Sash Company offers luxury sashes at really great prices. Now that we have created the Sustainable Sash, we hope more consumers will opt for this eco-friendly sash, especially with it being the first of its kind.

How We Do It

Eco-friendly manufacturing begins at production by limiting the amount of water and chemicals used to create the sash.

The Sash Company is the first sash maker to create a sustainable sash using sustainable materials, such as Tencel Lyocell, which is a fiber that comes from the pulp of trees. We are working directly with Vivify Textiles, one of the most innovative fabric companies. The Sustainable Sash fabric is created through the process of extruding a one-of-a-kind, eco-friendly solution through fine holes that produce fibers. These fibers are used to create the Sustainable Sash.

The solvent and water are recycled in a closed-loop process which allows more than 99% of the solvent to be recovered and reused.

In the end, we are left with clean, high-quality, eco-friendly sashes. Sustainable Sash.

All the fabric The Sash Company uses is US regulated and manufactured in-house by a small team in Upland, California. Because we control production, we can guarantee that all of our workers are treated fairly, paid well, and supported. Lots of companies say they are families- we act like one.
