Our Commitment to You
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match your approved order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to make it right by repairing, replacing, or remaking the item as appropriate.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we may ask you to provide photos of the item before authorizing a return or replacement.
Before Your Order Goes Into Production
Because each sash and stole is custom made, we ask that you carefully review your order before submitting it or approving your final order confirmation. Please verify that all names, titles, dates, spelling, colors, quantities, and other customization details are exactly as you would like them.
Whether you place your order through our online designer or approve a quote or proof from our team, your custom item will be produced using the information you provide or approve.
Custom Orders
Because our products are personalized specifically for each customer, custom embroidered or printed items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect information that was approved on the final order or proof (including spelling, names, titles, dates, or wording)
- Changes in personal preference after production
- Color or font selections that were approved prior to production
- Event cancellations or scheduling changes
- Ordering the incorrect size, style, or quantity after approval
Thank you for understanding that custom-made products cannot be resold once they have been personalized.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Need to make a change? Please contact us as soon as possible.
We are happy to accommodate changes or cancellations before production begins whenever possible. Once your order has entered production, we are no longer able to make changes or accept cancellations due to the custom nature of our products.
Production may begin shortly after an order is approved, so we recommend contacting us immediately if changes are needed.
Shipping
If a return or replacement is required due to an error on our part, The Sash Company will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover any applicable replacement shipping costs.
If a return is approved for any other reason at our discretion, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
