Processing & Production

Every sash and stole is custom made to order. Production begins once your order has been received and is approved for production. Processing times vary depending on the size and complexity of your order.

If you have a specific event date or deadline, please let us know when placing your order. We'll be happy to recommend the best production and shipping options to help ensure your order arrives on time.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $500.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped. While we do our best to meet every deadline, The Sash Company is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders
