Kappa Kappa Gamma, also known as Kappa or KKG, is a collegiate sorority, founded at Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois. Kappa’s beginnings occurred during the end of the Civil War – Before the time women were given the right to vote. It took six amazing women to voice their confidence a woman’s potential to impact the world. To date, KKG Sorority has a membership of over 260,000 women, with 140 collegiate chapters in the United States and Canada and 307 alumnae associations worldwide.
